We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant - Accounts Payable to join our team in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
Responsibilities
- Print all incoming creditor invoices citing purchase orders, give to Purchasing Administration Assistant for Goods Receipting and costing, then entering costed invoices into Exonet.
- GL Code creditor invoices without purchase orders and enter into Exonet.
- Month-end creditor statement reconciliations
- Set up Consolidated Creditor pay runs in the bank (monthly)
- Set up Contractor Creditor pay runs in the bank (weekly)
- Customer Refunds, One-off payments and Staff Reimbursements as required
- A1 Price Claim Rebate collation on excel spreadsheet (monthly)
- Month-end creditor invoice accrual
- Manage stationery / housekeeping supplies / cafeteria supplies
- Monthly archive of documents
- Processing of Factory Work Orders
Requirements
- At least 2 years relevant experience, or relevant tertiary qualification;
- Team player and work under pressure
- Organised with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and written English
For the right candidate, we offer a salary from $60,000 to $65,000 per annum, with 40 hours of work per week.
