Crewcare Limited is currently looking for a superstar telesales manager to lead our sales team who sell franchises and provide customer care via the phone. This role is based in the North Shore and requires the successful candidate to physically work from our office.

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and guiding a team of telemarketers, ensuring their development and high performance.
  • Create, assess and refine strategies, policies and processes related to customer interactions and service offerings.
  • Optimise team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and achieve operational excellence.
  • Offer mentorship, feedback and support to team members to encourage growth.
  • Participate in hiring and training new staff.
  • Inspire, coach, and empower employees to excel in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Design and implement post-sales programs to track customer satisfaction and ensure product quality.
  • Continuously improve services by incorporating customer insights and adapting to changing needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to align services with expectations and deliver exceptional experiences.

This role is permanent and for 40 hours per week.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2-years telesales experience and understand the dynamics of telemarketing. Strong interpersonal skills are very important in order to succeed.

Remuneration ranges from $80,000 - $105,000, depending on skills and experience.
