Job Requirements:
At least 3 year relating working experience
Cooking skill (Pie Filling)
Pastries Making skill
Bread making skill
Have to follow strict recipes
Very good communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day tasks
Innovating of new products
Producing our range of pastries
Producing of range of specialty bread
Ability to lift heavy stuff
Keep the workplace clean and tidy
Checking raw materials and safety regulations
Preparing pastry fillings, pie fillings
Monitoring product appearance to determine and oven temperature to determine baking times
Checking the cleanness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Kneading, maturing, cutting, mixing, shaping dough and pastry goods
Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other equipment
