About the RoleWe’re on the lookout for two full-time Team Members—one for our Paint department and one for Hardware. Both roles include one weekend day on a fixed roster. You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers, restocking shelves, and making sure our aisles are looking great and well-organized. What You’ll Bring
Helping shoppers find hardware items like Powertools, nuts and bolts, locks and more
Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining tidy displays
Meeting daily tasks, team goals, and store standards
Using radios to communicate with team members when extra help is needed

- Retail, trade, or DIY experience (paint or hardware knowledge preferred)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Great people skills – you’ll enjoy talking to customers
- Reliable and physically fit – there’s some lifting involved
- Team player mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work weekends on a rostered basis
