We’re looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to join our team and help us create a vibrant and supportive workplace. If you're organised, enjoy working with people, and are excited about HR, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
  • Supporting the Team: Help the People and Culture team with everyday tasks and HR initiatives.
  • HR Projects: Assisting with rolling out HR projects that make a difference.
  • Documentation: Preparing and sending out employment contracts, policies, and other HR-related documents.
  • Event Coordination: Organising training sessions, meetings, and People and Culture events.
  • Records Management: Keeping employee records accurate and up to date.
  • Onboarding: Helping new employees feel welcome by ensuring their onboarding process goes smoothly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggesting ways to improve HR processes and systems.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in using HRIS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or equivalent presentation tools.
  • Previous experience in HR or an administration role.
