MEGA Mitre 10 Hornby is a family-owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer-every time.
We are looking for two hardworking and reliable people to join our team in our ‘Click and Collect’ area. You will really love this role if you have a passion for filling trolleys with multiple items, and shopping!!
About the Role
- Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers
- Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries
- Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you
About You
In this customer-focused role we are looking for new team members that:
- Understand good customer service.
- Help us make customer first decisions aligned to our processes and systems
- Work well within our team and communicates effectively
- Have a willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Are detail focused and has excellent organisational skills
- Are proactive and motivated in approach
- Have ability to handle all types of conversations and customer interactions
- Have a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
Working with us means you have a fixed roster, which will include one day of a weekend, so you can plan exactly what you’ll get up to for your days off.
Our two available roster patterns are:
- Thursday – Saturday, 25.5 hours per week
- Sunday – Wednesday, 27 hours per week
