This Christchurch based role will provide executive assistance support and project coordination support to the Chief Customer & Technology Officer and the Chief Operations Officer. Key responsibilities include:

What will you do?
This Christchurch based role will provide executive assistance support and project coordination support to the Chief Customer & Technology Officer and the Chief Operations Officer. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide proactive telephone, diary, and email management, balancing priorities and conflicting demands
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Partner closely with the Senior Executive Team and executive support colleagues
- Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Compile Board and management reports, presentations, and distribute information as needed
- Maintain and enhance administrative systems to support effective ways of working
- Oversee project administration and support planning and tracking against budgets and timelines
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and keep them informed of progress, delays, and issues
- Prepare project reports as required
- Organise all aspects of meetings—agendas, documentation, venues, catering, and schedule management
- Record minutes and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Plan and deliver seamless events aligned with objectives

- You have proven experience in a similar role.
- You have experience in a large & complex organisation.
