What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
- 4+ years’ experience in internal/organisational communications.
- Experience gathering and presenting to senior management level.
- Skilled in change management, workshop facilitation and strategic communication delivery.
- Highly competent across digital tools and communication platforms (including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A passion for driving culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management ability.
- A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred).
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
- Leading the delivery of engaging and effective internal communications across multiple channels for a range of audiences.
- Supporting the communication and implementation of strategic projects, including Towards 2030 and the forward focused Beyond 2030 strategy.
- Creating and driving initiatives that bring our values to life and connect kaimahi to what matters most.
- Coaching and empowering line managers to strengthen communication within their teams.
- Facilitating workshops and learning teams.
- Playing a key role in embedding organisational change through people-first, transparent communication.
- Leading and supporting project work, including topical or targeted initiatives—gathering and translating key insights that add value across the organisation.
- Supporting the Operational Leadership Team with workplan and reporting cadence and administrative support.
