We are seeking casual Seafood Process Workers to join our dedicated team at the Kaikōura Depot.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our friendly and supportive team at the Kaikōura Depot. You'll get hands-on experience working with premium live lobster, develop valuable industry skills, and play a key role in maintaining the outstanding quality of our seafood.

He Kōrero Mōu - About You

  • Reliable and able to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and during peak season.
  • Comfortable handling seafood products, especially live lobster.
  • Able to follow clear instructions and standard procedures.
  • Physically fit and able to handle weights up to 20kg.
  • Previous experience in seafood processing is preferred but not required.
  • Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Open and respectful towards Ngāi Tahu cultural values, willing to learn and grow your cultural understanding in te ao Māori.
