Store Manager

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years or more of relevant experience.
• Or at least Level 5 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dairy and Lotto retail store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special service requests professionally.
• Ensure proper operation of Lotto terminal and compliance with Lotto NZ requirements.
• Perform daily cash handling, reconciliations, and banking tasks accurately.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory for reporting and auditing.
• Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to increase sales.
• Monitor staff performance and assist in scheduling rosters to meet business needs.
