Core Immigration is a globally connected immigration consultancy with head offices in New Zealand and branch offices across India and Australia. We specialize in providing expert guidance and services for New Zealand and Australian visa and immigration matters. With a growing client base and a strong team of Licensed Immigration Advisers, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Indian office operations and oversee the alignment of all branches with our strategic vision.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the below tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth & Community Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies to up-sell services and expand client acquisition channels.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence through active community engagement and business networking.

2. Branch Oversight & Business Coordination

  • Coordinate with overseas branch offices to monitor performance, ensure policy alignment, and uphold the company’s vision.
  • Review and evaluate branch operations to ensure uniform standards across all locations.

3. Resource & Personnel Management

  • Allocate human resources, office space, and equipment effectively for smooth workflow.
  • Assign tasks, supervise staff performance, and guide teams to meet targets.
  • Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, payroll, performance appraisals, and staff training.

4. Administration & Compliance

  • Manage office records, accounts, and administrative processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant government legislation, internal policies, and compliance protocols.

5. Stakeholder & Professional Liaison

  • Liaise with legal professionals, education providers, partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate business operations and resolve challenges.

6. Marketing & Advertisement

  • Plan and supervise the execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote services and upcoming intakes.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams for content strategy, lead generation, and social media presence.
  • Identify opportunities for advertising partnerships, sponsorships, and community events to enhance visibility.
  • Monitor marketing ROI and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outreach and engagement.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in operations, office administration, or leadership roles, preferably in immigration or international education. Your other relatable experience can be counted as well.
  • Relevant qualification can be considered if you do not have relevant work experience
  • In-depth understanding of immigration services and international student markets is preferred
  • Familiarity with New Zealand and Australian immigration systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong marketing acumen with experience in planning and executing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and marketing platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Other Details:

  • Min 30 hours per hours to max 45 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: $27 - $32 per hour based on work experience and skills
  • Five days work week from Mon to Friday, occasionally need to work on weekends
