Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania The Opportunity As an Inventory Storeperson, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the inventory of engineering materials and supplies. You will ensure the engineering team has the necessary equipment to meet the needs of the business efficiently. This role involves working closely with the engineering team, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing inventory holdings

Responsibilities

  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with maintenance teams to manage and review stock levels periodically
  • External Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers and generate replenishment purchase orders
  • Inventory Processes and Data Integrity: Ensure inventory master data is accurate and reviewed periodically. Follow SAP data entry processes for purchasing, goods receipting, and issuing
  • Daily Management and Procurement: Manage non-stocked, stocked, and capital inventory. Process purchases through the correct approval process and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Team Work: Support company-wide initiatives to improve service levels. Participate in team performance, site growth, and planning meetings
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Review activities for safety, identify hazards, and report accidents and incidents
  • Compliance: Operate in accordance with Suntory Oceania policies and procedures
