About the Role


You'll be at the forefront of reducing our carbon emissions - particularly in thermal energy systems - with an overall target of 2.0 GWh energy savings over two years. Areas of impact include:

Steam and water systems

Refrigeration and HVAC

Electrical systems and lighting

Compressed air systems and waste/effluent management


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct energy audits and modelling
  • Monitor energy consumption and propose improvements
  • Support metering, measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate with plant teams and contractors to deliver projects
  • Prepare EECA and internal reports
  • Promote safety, food compliance, and sustainability best practices


What You'll Bring


  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • An interest in energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainable design
  • Knowledge of process systems (steam, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.) is a bonus
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset
