We’re looking for a driven Marketing Graduate with a digital edge to join our team. This is more than just a creative role - it's your chance to combine digital marketing skills with real-world sales impact in Christchurch and Auckland. You’ll help generate traffic, engage with potential customers, and convert interest into actionable leads for the sales team.

About The Role

  • Design and produce digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and advertising channels
  • Respond to inbound sales calls and social media enquiries, identifying opportunities and turning them into qualified leads
  • Support the rollout and administration of digital campaigns and promotions, tracking performance and engagement
  • Provide marketing and sales activity support at branch and retail level
  • Collaborate and support the team across both the Christchurch and Auckland branch to ensure marketing and customer engagement activities align with overarching sales goals
  • Assist and support with showroom retail and residential sales, sales conversion, and follow-up calls

Skills And Experience

  • A Marketing degree or experience in creating content and campaigns for digital channels
  • Creativity, curiosity, and initiative - you're someone who sees a lead and knows what to do with it
  • A strong eye for detail and understanding of what drives engagement and brand awareness
  • Solid time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude, with a passion for learning and growing your career in sales and marketing
