About the Role

As a Specialist Anaesthetist, you’ll play a key role in our Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia team, contributing to acute and elective care across a wide variety of surgical specialities, including Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Paediatric/Neonatal surgery, and more. This position includes participation in an out-of-hours cardiac on-call roster.

This fixed term role is offered full time, comprising 28 half-day clinical sessions over a 4-week cycle, plus non-clinical and on-call responsibilities. You will bring a broad range of clinical anaesthesia expertise (excluding Obstetrics), with a strong focus on Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia. Post-fellowship experience of at least 12 months in this subspecialty is essential.
