They specialise in supplying, manufacturing, installing, and servicing commercial and industrial doors, gates, and automation systems for a wide range of businesses - from warehouses and logistics hubs to cool stores, government buildings, and critical infrastructure.
We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy sales professional to join the commercial team. This is a B2B-focused role, where you’ll be working directly with facility managers, builders, project managers, and commercial operators to deliver tailored access and servicing solutions.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will focus on sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships to ensure the continuous flow of new and established business.

About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will focus on sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships to ensure the continuous flow of new and established business.
- Account management of existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities from within the existing customer base
- With your hunter mindset, you will grow key areas within the trade and commercial sectors
- Provide strategic input on target audiences and market trends to support the wider sales team and boost customer engagement
- Provide a seamless handover of successfully secured accounts to operations to ensure all relationships remain commercially sound
- Deliver on both sales targets and the Dominator brand promise of an exceptional customer experience
- Experience in sales, ideally from within the construction and/or engineering industries
- Strong knowledge of CRM and job management systems
- Confidently use tools such as Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms, and other applications to manage tasks and identify new opportunities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence and drive future business
- Full clean New Zealand driver's license
