We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Sales - Inbound Leisure to representing Accor-managed properties owned by Colwall Property Investment Limited in New Zealand who will be based in Auckland region. The portfolio of hotels comprises of Novotel Rotorua Lakeside, Ibis Rotorua, Novotel Christchurch, Ibis Christchurch, and Novotel Queenstown Lakeside. Job Description
The Director Sales Inbound Leisure – Colwall Hotels will drive commercial performance and support the property based sales teams to deliver the overarching sales strategies throughout the Colwall portfolio identifying the evolving needs of the business and owner alignment to maximize our impact in key growth areas. You will ensure that our properties are the first choice for global and regional clients.
The role also requires proactive and reactive sales activating domestic, global and regional partnerships with Travel Management Companies to drive awareness for their customers and internal company. Travel will sometimes be required to attend tradeshows, property visits and sales activity.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and executing strategies to meet commercial objectives. This is a unique chance to influence growth across key growth sectors and help us maximize our brand's reach in global markets.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a hotel sales environment, with a strong background in inbound and wholesale markets.
- Proven track record of successful account management and business development essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, ANAIS, and Delphi.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Multicultural awareness and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Independent, self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.
- Team player, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
