Sustainability Advisor (12-Month Fixed Term)

We are inviting expressions of interest for a Sustainability Advisor to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity! This is an exciting chance to be part of our Transformation team at Ngāi Tahu Holdings. Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to support and manage sustainability initiatives that help us reduce the impact of our operations and improve outcomes for te taiao.

He Kōrero Mōu - About You
- An undergraduate qualification in environmental science, behaviour change communications, or a related field.
- Great project management, reporting, data analytics and budgets.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a complex environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven relationship-building skills.
- Experience with greenhouse gas reporting and data management preferred, although not essential.
- Experience with behaviour change initiatives.
- An openness to embrace the values and aspirations of Ngāi Tahu whānui and an interest in growing your cultural understanding in te ao Māori.
