We’re currently on the hunt for a passionate and tech-savvy Brand Ambassador to represent ONE NZ at Queenstown Airport!

The Role:

As a ONE NZ Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of one of the world’s most recognisable telco brands – engaging travellers, offering tailored product recommendations, and delivering unbeatable customer experiences. This is your chance to bring energy, enthusiasm, and connection to every interaction, all while being part of the LagardèreAWPL team.

The shift pattern for this role is:
Sunday Monday Tuesday 1pm - 9:30pm and Friday & Saturday 11am - 7:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver VIP service that makes every customer feel like a priority.
• Share your knowledge of Vodafone’s products, plans, and services.
• Stay on top of the latest telco trends with regular training and updates.
• Maintain an eye-catching, welcoming space that invites engagement.
• Keep things running smoothly with fast and efficient transactions.

Retail or sales experience? Awesome – but not essential.
You’re well-presented, confident, and proud to represent a global brand.

• You’re flexible for early starts, late finishes, weekends & public holidays – because airport life never stops!

You’re legally able to work in NZ and can obtain an Airport Aviation Security ID Card.
