About the role

Leading a high-performing team, you’ll continue to develop and mentor the Customer Success Team (CST) Consultants, providing oversight to delivery teams, and leading your team’s professional development.


This is an opportunity to manage a highly engaged team through a period of intense growth. Your experience in a similar role will enable you to hit the ground running and ensure this team continues to stay engaged and successful.


This is a key role in our business, focusing on our people and our customers. You will be building and nurturing strong relationships both internally and with customers.


Your sound business acumen, experience in effectively leading and managing consulting teams and delivering strong commercial outcomes through successful delivery will enable you to be effective in this role.


What we’re looking for

Passion for our people and our clients’ success are absolutely critical in this role. You’ll have had success in a similar role and be ready to make that move into a team where you can make a real difference to our customers, whilst still wanting to keep a hands-on approach across projects.


You will need:

  • 3 years plus experience in consulting management and/or have lead project teams and looking for the next step up
  • Outstanding and proven Practice / Professional Services Management background with a track record building and managing consultants and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong engagement management abilities with the strengths and confidence to educate, convince and influence a broad customer base
  • To be highly comfortable preparing commercial documents, professional services estimates, and negotiating financial terms with customers
  • Experience in managing resources and team utilisation to targets
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills
  • A passion for the development and success of your team
  • To use a consultative approach to selling solutions, as required in a long-term complex sales process
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to present well.
