About The Role

As one of two Portfolio and Partner Leads, you play a key part in our growing Commercial team, ensuring our commercial portfolio performs at its best, with real scope to impact change. You will:

  • Lead initiatives to optimise the revenue delivery of our commercial trading partners within the airport terminal.
  • Design and implement commercial strategies that boost revenue, increase passenger spend, and enhance customer experience.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, create compelling commercial products, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Help shape the way and set direction on how to move the portfolio forward, introducing and shaping a strong trading culture
  • Engage with senior leaders and executives from our partner entities, overseeing performance, contractual, and financial matters.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and legal teams to drive revenue performance and maintain accountability.
  • Oversee contract compliance, renewals and financial reporting across your portfolio.

About You

You are an up and coming commercial leader with a proven track record in driving performance and building strong relationships in large-scale commercial environments. Your high commercial acumen and ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders will be crucial in this role. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills with experience in pricing, contract management, and revenue optimisation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales leadership, contract management, and financial reporting.
  • A data-led mindset, using insights to shape strategy, create commercial products, and identify growth opportunities
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, and operate best at pace
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and align across stakeholders.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating well across teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a commercial setting.
