Carpenter Assistant

With rapidly development, Bruce Lin Construction Ltd now looking for Carpenter Assistants to join us in Auckland to ensure that all products are produced to meet or exceed quality standards and in a safe manner. You will be expected to work in Auckland.

We’re looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our growing team as a Carpentry Assistant. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job site setup and layout preparation
• Help cut and shape timber for various installation tasks
• Support the erection and fitting of wood structures and framing
• Participate in installing timber floors and ceilings
• Install hardware and fittings under supervision
• Assist with identifying any hazards, defects, or repair requirements
• Carry out general repairs and renovation tasks (e.g., removing doors, fixing locks, demolishing fittings)
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment responsibly and safely
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly at the end of each day

• No prior experience required – full training provided!
• A hands-on, practical mindset with a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in carpentry and construction
