Downer are proudly supporting a range of exciting projects across Gisborne. The Downer South division is highly respected and has a great track record for delivering a high standard of work across the country. We are looking for an experienced or up-and-coming Operator.
You will work alongside our dedicated team you may operate machinery including excavators, rollers, graders, and trucks but will also use hand tools from time to time to get the job done.

- Must have a full class 1 licence – WTR beneficial
- Enjoy working outdoors and keeping physically fit
- Be reliable and hard working
- Show commitment to safe work practises
- Experience with articulated dump truck, Bulldozer, Excavator and Large front-end loader would be beneficial
- A background in a quarry or earthworks as an excavator would be ideal
