What will you do?
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to join our team and play a critical role in keeping our team members, informed, engaged, and aligned with our values and purpose. This is a key position where you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans, creating compelling content, and managing key internal channels. As Internal Communications Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that all communications are clear, timely, and effectively reach the right audiences.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Creating written, photographic and video content for Ryman's internal channels, drawing on the communications and content team as required.
- Managing and optimising internal communication channels for maximum reach and engagement.
- Working with our wider People and Culture team to identify communications and engagement opportunities for team members and oversee a calendar of activity
- Overseeing all communications to team members across our internal channels
- Developing the internal communications strategy
- Establishing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts
