With the current construction season upon us and a good pipeline of projects we are currently recruiting for a permanent leader to join our Christchurch construction team.

This role would suit an experience machine operator who can also supervise his/her team of workers on constructing civil projects such as residential subdivisions or commercial building sites. The right candidate will have attributes that include:

Required Attributes:

• Skilled on a range of civil construction earthmoving machines and equipment.
• Confident to lead a team of guys/girls and a fleet of equipment.
• Understand the civil construction process including reading plans and following survey.
• Skilled at health and safety practices including knowing how to keep a team safe.
• Someone who has a positive leadership style who gets in and helps the team get results.
• Professional in the face of the client and other stakeholders.
