Science Specialist Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time teacher of junior and senior science at our Modern well-resourced Timaru Campus.

OneSchool Global is a global network of schools spanning over 20 countries, offering an advanced, self-directed learning model. At One School Global we teach NCEA so previous experience with the NCEA curriculum is required. We currently have a preference for Earth and Space Science teachers, but all other specialties will be considered. Qualifications and experience:

• Current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand
• Expertise in teaching at the secondary NCEA levels 1 - 3, with flexibility across at least 1 other subject
• Strong commitment to student success and innovative teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with self-directed learning models and technology driven learning.
• Strong digital skills with the ability to teach through multiple mediums
• Tertiary degree in relevant field.
