Truck Driver Team Leader

Healthy and Fresh Ltd is a fast growing, wholesale and import/export produce business based in Mangere, Auckland.

We are looking for an experienced driver team leader to take up responsibility and oversight of our delivery truck driver team to pick up and deliver customer orders in the Auckland area.

You'll be a highly organized and proactive multitasker with excellent driving skills, problem-solving abilities, and an effective communicator who coordinates and collaborates well with our driver team and customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Organizing driver team delivering customer orders in the Auckland area
• Monitor daily loading and unloading
• Monitor product quality and report any issue
• Checking of inwards goods dockets and signing for goods
• Ensure the general maintenance and cleanliness of the trucks
• Assisting in daily warehouse operation and any project required

Job requirements:

• At least 2 year truck driving and truck team managing experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and ‘think on your feet’ in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A valid full, clean class 4 driver licence or equivalent and clean criminal record
• Physically fit to lift, move and carry products up to 25kgs
• Willing to work during weekend and time shift

Pay rate for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, minimum 40 hours per week.
