Test Station Operator

This role supports the National Quality Manager to ensure regulatory compliance in LPG cylinder testing and recertification, with a focus on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), meeting daily targets and potentially training new testers.
What you will enjoy doing
- You will perform periodic cylinder testing following industry standards and the Cylinder Testing Methods Manual.
- Train and supervise Test Station Trainees
- Drive improvements by addressing corrective actions and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance by maintaining IANZ-approved equipment certifications, completing checks on time and reporting to the National Quality Manager
- Maintain a clean and organised test station, ensuring tools and supplies are well managed.
What makes you great
- You are an IANZ Accredited 'Approved Signatory' with an LPGA Cylinder Filler certification
- Have knowledge of cylinder testing laws, experience with testing equipment and procedures or be willing and able to train to meet the requirements to earn a Certificate of Signatory Approval
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on detail, understanding of risk all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
