Café Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Café Manager in our Columbus Coffee Café located in Richmond, Rotorua.

We are looking for an organized, energetic person with either a Diploma level qualification or higher or at least two years of proven hospitality experience who will lead and inspire others. You will show your passion for people, excellent coffee skills and commitment to excellence and high standards.

We are passionate about customer service and making a difference to our customers day, we take pride in our coffee and food and are committed to a positive team culture.

• A high volume fast paced hospitality business
• Roster planning and costing
• Meeting set KPIs
• Food Control Plan knowledge/Compliance
• Strong Barista Skills
• Menu planning
• Managing and training teams
