We are looking for a restaurant Manager to work at our busy restaurant in Timaru. You will be a full time permanent Employee working six days in a week with mini 30hrs - max 35 hrs. Pay rate - From $30-$35 per hour.

You must have at least 12 month of suitable/relevant experience.
30 to 35 Hours Per week
Restaurant /Bar is open 7 days, you will be working 6 days including weekends and public holidays.
We are busy Restaurant / Bar, and are currently seeking a capable and expect that you will use your managerial skills and experience to achieve the required business goals.
Pay rate - from $30 - $35 an hour

Strong communication with both verbal and written .
Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local Laws.
To be aware of and enforce the Laws in relation to alcohol consumption and host responsibilities.
This role involves being able to:
Maintain healthy and safety measures and Restaurant's cleanliness
Help, Drive, Motivate and encourage Restaurant staff to achieve sales targets
Control stock and inventory
Handle customer complaints , issues and questions as required,
Be able to attend franchise meetings, Order and communicate with the suppliers and handle any issues.
Ensure Dining facilities comply with health regulations
Ensure customer are satisfied with service
Prepare rosters and controls labour costs
Select, train and supervise staff
Plan Menu in consultation with chef
Order restaurant supplies and control stocks
You must hold current Manager Certificate ,LCQ and Food safety certificate and NZ driving Licences
MUST have no criminal records
You must be Honest, Reliable and be available any day including Weekends and / or any public Holidays according to flexible schedule to suit the business requirement.
